I was bustling around with the TV on the other night, and saw these. Wiki says that the Plain of Jars is a "megalithic archaeological landscape in Laos". I don't know much about them, except that their exact purpose is a bit vague: some were found to have contained alcohol of some kind, some salt and some human remains. There are thousands and thousands of them.
Naturally, I'm now obsessed with the idea of seeing them in person.
